Type of Employment Indefinite Contract

Key function:

The role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities, and acting as a middle person to follow up documents from customer, and loan request with bank, leasing and etc…

Responsibilities:

· Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.

· Prepare all the necessary supporting documents for all sales transactions.

· Prepare and verify sales contract to ensure accuracy.

· Reporting daily and monthly sales results to the sales team.

· Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

· Receiving and attending phone calls from customers.

· Communicating important feedback from customers internally.

· Assist to follow up documents with customer for loan processing.

· Assist to follow up the approval result with finance, leasing company, banks, etc. and update to sales supervisor and manager frequently.

· Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required



Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least diploma in business administrative.

· Fresh graduated is required to apply.

· Experience in relevant field before will be plus.

· English proficiency in spoken, Written and Listening.

· High organizational skills and ability to manage the time for priority job at the same time.

· Ability to prioritize own workload.

· Strong communication skills.

· Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Outlook mail and CRM systems (If any).

· An administrative, sales background and must be detail oriented.
