Key function:

Responsible for overall Human Resources functions in the business and support the operations to drive the business and the team towards achievement of the strategic objectives of the Company in compliance with statutory requirement.

Responsibilities:

· Managing the full spectrum of HR encompassing HR Processes & Tools, manage manpower planning and staffing, recruitment & selection, learning & development, compensation & benefits and employee relations/industrial relations, and other HR related administration functions.

· Maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant employment legislation, trends and best practice in order to be able to contribute positively to the resolution of internal issues and make reasoned enhancements to local HR policies.

· Responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of HR & Administrative operations.

· Work closely and co-operate with other departments to achieve common goals for the Company.

· Ensure the retention and continuation of talents in the organization by establishing effective talent management program and succession planning.

· Liaise with relevant government authorities on matters pertaining to HR & industrial relations.

· Conduct regular updates on human resources policies, process and procedures to keep the Company abreast of current practice and communicate to management on any new development.

· Motivate and cultivate a positive workplace environment and ensure development of talent pools in the organizations by establishment of effective employee training and development program.

· Ensure HR operations effectiveness and efficiency by compliance to ISO quality procedures, HR KPIs, statutory act, employee policy.

· Undertake ad hoc assignments when assigned and required particular related to the business.



Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Management, Human Resources or in equivalent discipline

· At least 2- 3 year(s) of working experience in Human Resources related field.

· Well verse in Laos’s Labor Law and other relevant regulations or statutory requirements.

· Possess training experience, payroll knowledge, compensation and benefits guidelines.

· Strong interpersonal, communication skills and be good detail oriented.

· Good command in MS Office suit word, power point and specific in excel.

· Strong in both written, spoken and listen in English.

· Must be Female and Laos citizen only.
