Key function:

Responsible for overall accounting functions in the business and support the operations through information analysis and to drive the business and the team towards achievement of the strategic objectives of the Company in compliance with KPI requirement and relevant Sales Reporting Standards.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts

· Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up

· Work with the Marketing Department to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives

· Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events

· Follow up on leads generated through fleet sales, research and promotional events

· Analyze sales trends, track unit sales, and generate gross margin reports

· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues

· To ensure profitability of the Fleet Sales through the sale of vehicles, financing, dealer options and accessories

· To implement Sales Processes that supports Customer Satisfaction Sales Standards

· To achieve set sales targets for the department

· To review/assist in reviewing new vehicle sales order and in qualifying it for acceptance

· To review documents related to sale of new vehicles to assure they are complete, meet all legal requirements and are properly executed

· To keep updated on current new car markets trends, competitive activities and pricing

· To submit the daily Prospect report, lost order reports and customer feedback to the management team on a weekly basis

· To ensure effective market coverage database

· To establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments as appropriate

· To prepare for and participate in meetings with management and other department personnel and internal sales Meetings

· Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Requirement:

· Must achieve latest bachelor’s degree in commerce would be preferred

· At least 2 – 4 years of fleet sales experience

· Access to your own vehicle, valid driver’s license

· Must be willing to travel

· Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook

· Ability to work independently and without supervision.
